A tree studded, undulating, residential precinct, surrounded by National Park with a golf course proposed to wander its way through the estate.
Developed over sixteen stages, the estate is nearing completion and has become a popular suburb within the immediate Port Macquarie area.

Much of the established tree and vegetation corridors were retained with the meandering road network reflecting this. Retention of the many trees also enabled the local koala population to move safely through the residential areas.

Similarly, stormwater solutions were designed to suit the topography and natural environment, including establishment of wetlands and biofiltration systems, ensuring
stormwater quality was of the highest value before being fed into the adjoining bushland.
